Compensation Basics
All PGK Lifestyle Associates are compensated through customized Commissions Packages that include a combination of the following:
- Sales Commissions - 10 - 25% of gross revenue
- Referral Bonuses - 3% of gross revenue
- Recruitment Commissions - 1 - 5% of gross revenue
- Product Discovery Royalties - 2% of gross revenue
- Talent Discovery Royalties - 1% of gross revenue
Commission and Royalty amounts are subject to change.
Also, note that PGK Lifestyle Associates are not required to purchase the products they sell. This means higher profitability and Return on Investment.
Basic Recruitment Commission Structure
- 3% of total gross revenue generated by directly recruited PGK Lifestyle Associates who generate the sale of a product, service or program.
- 0.5% of total gross sales revenue generated by the Recruits of the Recruiters you onboard.
- 5% of total gross revenue generated by directly recruited Future Mogul Candidates who generate the sale of a product, service or program.
- 1% of total gross sales revenue generated by recruits onboarded by Future Moguls Candidates you recruit.
- 10% total gross sales revenue of all Registration Packages purchased by your recruits.
- 10% total gross sales revenue of all additional marketing materials and PGK Lifestyle Apparel purchased by your recruits.
- 25% gross commission on all products PGK Clubhouse Megastore Online Sales
Career Advancement and Additional Income Available to PGK Lifestyle Recruiters
Recruiters who are promoted to Territory Recruitment Director positions receive an additional 1% of total gross sales revenue generated in the applicable Borough, Township, City, County, State, Region, or National territory they direct.
The PGK Business Model is designed so that this 1% could represent thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of dollars, or more, depending on the size of the territory, the opportunities available in the territory, and the quality of the Recruiters, Specialists and Directors in the territory.
