The PGK Directorship Program
The PGK Directorship Program is a training initiative that's purpose is to fast track PGK Lifestyle Candidates who, through the interview process and the demonstration of strong leadership qualities during Advanced Channel Orientation and General Training, have shown themselves ready to serve as PGK Interim Directors.
Having demonstrated such qualities, Directorship Program Candidates are eligible to serve as Interim Directors, forgoing the normal requirement of working three months as PGK Lifestyle Specialists before assuming one-year Interim Directorships.
Interim Directorships exist to ensure that the most qualified and driven individuals are appointed as Directors. All PGK Directorships are appointed from a pool of Interim Directors, all of whom have an opportunity to serve in the same or comparable territories.
Interim Directors compete based on the strength of the following metrics:
- Total Territory gross revenue during their tenure
- Total number of successfully onboarded PGK Lifestyle Associates during their tenure
- Total number of new Territories expanded into, within their territorial scope.
PGK Territory Directors
Having completed their Interim Directorships, confirmed PGK Directors recruit and coordinate the expansion of Recruitment, Sales, and Product & Talent Discovery in new territories, based on predetermined criteria as established by the PGK Lifestyle Distribution & Expansion Division.
All PGK Directors are responsible for managing operations in a specific geographical territory. Territories include:
- International
- National
- Regional
- State
- County
- Major City
- Minor City
- City Burrough/Ward
To consistently maintain their territories' appropriate number of teams for each applicable channel, Directors recruit strategically to maintain targeted amounts of PGK Lifestyle Recruitment Teams, PGK Lifestyle Sales Teams, and PGK Product & Talent Discovery Teams.
The success of strategic recruitment and expansion into new territories is dependent on online efforts as well as the boots on the ground approach of qualified PGK Lifestyle Associates who not only contribute to Social Media and other Digital Marketing Strategies but also establish PGK Youth Empowerment Initiatives through our Community Engagement Sales Channel.
Going into our communities, and establishing long-term relationships with schools, children's caregiver organizations, corporations, local businesses, municipal governments, fundraiser organizations, and others allows PGK to scale nationally and internationally, while remaining true to our independent, bootstrapping goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics.
Directors have quarterly recruitment and territorial expansion quotas to fulfill. They are paid a percentage of all revenue generated in their particular territories, as well as a percentage of all revenue generated by PGK Lifestyle Associates whom they personally recruit.
PGK Territory Director Compensation
Directors are paid a percentage of all sales revenue generated in their own designated territories.

Directors - receive 1% of the total Territorial Gross Revenue as a Quarterly bonus

Interim Directors - with the highest Quarterly scores receive 1% of the total Territorial Gross Revenue as a Quarterly bonus

Interim Directors - receive a 3% Gross Revenue commission on all PGK Lifestyle Sales Associates they directly recruit.

Interim Directors - receive a 5% Gross Revenue commission on all directly recruited Registration Fees
Other Territory Director Compensation
Interim Directors will also have access to compensation in other key areas as they successfully complete required Continuous Learning Training modules.
