Having completed their Interim Directorships, confirmed PGK Directors recruit and coordinate the expansion of Sales, Recruitment & Expansion, and Product & Talent Discovery in new territories, based on predetermined criteria as established by the PGK Lifestyle Sales & Distribution Division.
All PGK Directors are responsible for managing operations in a specific geographical territory. Territories include:
- Major City
- Minor City
- City Burrough/Ward
- Townships (according to population)
To consistently maintain their territories' appropriate number of teams for each applicable channel, Directors recruit strategically to maintain targeted amounts of PGK Lifestyle Recruitment Teams, PGK Lifestyle Sales Teams, and PGK Product & Talent Discovery Teams.
The success of strategic recruitment and expansion into new territories is dependent on online efforts as well as the boots on the ground approach of qualified PGK Lifestyle Associates who not only contribute to Social Media and other Digital Marketing Strategies but also establish PGK Youth Empowerment Initiatives through our Community Engagement Sales Channel.
Going into our communities, and establishing long-term relationships with schools, children's caregiver organizations, corporations, local businesses, municipal governments, fundraiser organizations, and others allows PGK to scale nationally and internationally, while remaining true to our independent, bootstrapping goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics.
Directors have quarterly recruitment and territorial expansion quotas to fulfill. They are paid a percentage of all revenue generated in their particular territories, as well as a percentage of all revenue generated by PGK Lifestyle Associates whom they personally recruit.
