As an option for people who are interested in the income opportunities PGK offers but for reasons of circumstance or choice are not able to fulfill the training requirements to become a PGK Lifestyle Specialist, Director, or Future Moguls Candidate we offer the opportunity to join PGK as a Dedicated Referral Agent.

Dedicated Referral Agents are sanctioned to function in the following ways:

• Online Sales - 25% gross revenue commission

• Referral Agent - 3% gross revenue commission on the referral of:

• Sales Specialists

• Recruitment Specialists

• Product & Talent Discovery Scouts

• Social Media Support Program - required

• Offline Transaction Referrals:

• Community Engagement - 15% gross revenue commission.

• Fundraisers - 5% gross revenue commission

Because of their chosen level of commitment Dedicated Referral Agents are not allowed to close Community Engagement transactions. To qualify for their split of the commissions resulting from closed transactions they must, on the strength of their efforts, present Warm or Hot opportunities that have reasonable chances of success. Cold Community Engagement Transaction Referrals do not qualify for the payment of commissions to the acting Dedicated Referral Agents.
