PGK Sales Channel Directors coach Team Captains and Specialists within their channels, providing guidance and support to drive performance. They are also responsible for meeting retention goals for Specialists and Captains within their jurisdiction, ensuring a stable and effective team structure.

Directors also oversee the completion of Continuous Learning Training Modules by Specialists and subordinates under their scope of influence. They communicate relevant updates and ensure all team members stay informed.

To remain in good standing, PGK Sales Channel Directors must successfully complete their own quarterly Continuous Learning Training Modules on time.
