Music and a Child’s Remarkable Memory: This process of combining cutting-edge music production and lesson plans was developed in conjunction with talented musicians and songwriters and directed by experienced educators to take advantage of a child’s remarkable ability to memorize. Results from focus groups that occurred in multiple New Jersey charter school classes have supported our premise that high-level, attention-grabbing, sing-along music is a perfect means to teach Core Curriculum, general, behavioral, and historical lessons to support the curriculum being taught in class and at home.
