Channel Director Compensation & Bonuses

Base Compensation

• Territory Revenue Commission: 2% of total gross revenue in the channel (paid quarterly).

• Referral Bonuses: 5% of revenue from referred PGK Specialists.

Retail & Sponsorship Commissions

• Earn 25% commission (optional for Channel Directors)

• Social Media Support not required to earn full 25%

Downline Bonus Commission Eligibility Requirements

• The Distro-Hub must generate at least $3,000 + per month from retail or sponsorship revenue.

• Distro-Hub Expansion: Must also introduce two or more trained Channel Specialists or Dedicated Referral Agents in their Channel (this does not include Support-Referral Agents).
