Commissions, Bonuses & Royalties Available to All PGK Lifestyle Associates

Social Media Support Commission:

The Social Media Support Bonus Commission is a 5% gross revenue commission paid to PGK Lifestyle Associates for their offline sales. To be eligible for this commission a seller must create a minimum of two (2) posts per week, posting at least one each on two (2) different Social Media platforms. They must also share a minimum of four (4) posts per week from other PGK Lifestyle Associates, using the following social media platforms:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Pinterest
  • Twitter
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn

 

*Every Lifestyle Associate should follow PGK social media pages on the social media platforms they themselves use.

 

During each payment period it will be assumed that all PGK executives, staff, and independent contractors qualified to make PGK direct sales are in compliance with the terms and conditions of the GTS Social Media Support Bonus Commission requirements. If due to subsequent documentation it is proven that compliance has not been established and maintained during a previous sales period(s) the 5% commission payments will be charged back by PGK within two payment periods (60 days) through the withholding of future commissions in an amount(s) equal to the unearned bonus commission(s).

Direct Referral Bonus:

The Direct referral bonus is a 3% gross revenue commission on sales made by PGK Lifestyle Associates who have been successfully onboarded, trained and are in the field. They are paid to those PGK Lifestyle Associates whose referrals have been documented and are on record with PGK.

Discovery Commission Parameters:

All Discovery Commissions are based on and strictly limited to revenues generated from the use of PGK-owned intellectual properties. Discovery Commissions do not include music publishing revenues.

 

Discovery-Based Product Commission:

The Discovery-Based Product Commission is a 1% net revenue commission on the sale of all commercially released PGK products and programs in cases where the lead producers, creators or designers of these products and programs have been discovered through the PGK Talent Acquisitions sales channel.

 

Producer Discovery Commission:

The Producer Discovery Commission is a 1% net revenue commission paid to a PGK Lifestyle Associate who discovers a music producer who signs with PGK and has one or more musical submissions that have been commercially released by PGK.

 

Screenwriter Discovery Commission:

The Screenwriter Discovery Commission is a 1% net revenue commission paid to a PGK Lifestyle Associate who discovers a screenwriter who signs with PGK and has one or more submissions that make use of their written content commercially released by PGK.

 

Songwriter Discovery Commission:

The Songwriter Discovery Commission is a 1% net revenue commission paid to a PGK Lifestyle Associate who discovers a songwriter who signs with PGK and has one or more musical submissions that make use of their lyrical content commercially released by PGK.

 

Composer Discovery Commission:

The Composer Discovery Commission is a 1% net revenue commission paid to a PGK Lifestyle Associate who discovers a music composer who signs with PGK and has one or more musical submissions that have been commercially released by PGK.

 

Comprehensive Product Commission:

The Comprehensive Product Commission is a 1% net revenue commission on all PGK products and programs sold in cases where the creators or producers of these products and programs have been discovered through the PGK Talent Acquisitions Sales Channel and where these products and programs have been commercially released.

 

3rd-Party Product Discovery Commission:

The 3rd-Party Product Discovery Commission is a 1% gross revenue commission generated by the sale of products or programs not produced by PGK but distributed by the PGK Lifestyle Sales Division. It is paid to the PGK Lifestyle Associate who discovers the product or program. The 3rd-Party Product Discovery Commission does not include dropshipping products.

 

PGK Lead Performing Artist Discovery Commission:

The PGK Lead Performing Artist Discovery Commission is a 2% net revenue royalty paid to a PGK Lifestyle Associate who discovers talent that is under contract to a PGK business group and functions as a lead performer in the fulfilment of their contractual duties. Leading Performing Artists include:

  • Singers
  • Rappers
  • Actors
  • Dancers
  • Musicians
  • Fashion Designers

 

PGK Talent Acquisitions Royalties:

Featured Producer Royalty:

The Featured Producer Royalty is a 1% net revenue prorated per album or per single royalty paid - after the recovery of production costs - to a PGK Lifestyle Associate who discovers a Featured Producer, resulting in exclusive agreements between the Featured Producer and PGK Music Box LLC and the Featured Producer and PGK Music Publishing LLC and resulting in the subsequent commercial release of an album or single on which the producer is featured.

 

Album Royalty:

The Album Royalty is a 2% net revenue, prorated per album sold royalty paid - after the recovery of production costs - to a PGK Lifestyle Associate who discovers a Lead Performing Artist, resulting in an exclusive agreement between the artist and PGK Music Box LLC for the subsequent commercial release of an album on which the artist is the lead performer.

 

Single Royalty:

The Single Royalty is a 2% net revenue, prorated per single sold royalty paid - after the recovery of production costs - to a PGK Lifestyle Associate who discovers a Lead Performing Artist, resulting in an exclusive agreement between the artist and PGK Music Box LLC for the subsequent commercial release of a single on which the artist is the lead performer.

 

Producer-Composer-Songwriter Music Publishing Royalty:

The Producer-Composer-Songwriter Music Publishing Royalty is a 0.5% gross revenue, prorated royalty resulting from any music publishing income generated from producers, composers or songwriters who are signed to PGK Music Publishing LLC. It is paid to a PGK Lifestyle Associate who discovers such a producer, composer or songwriter. The Producer-Composer-Songwriter Music Publishing Royalty does not include any advances to PGK Music Publishing LLC, or any advances to the aforementioned producer, composer or songwriter. It also does not provide to the discoverer of the aforementioned producer, composer or songwriter payment of any mechanical royalties derived from PGK Music Box LLC.
