1. PGK Team Captains – Leaders who build and manage sales teams within PGK Distribution Channels. They recruit and guide team members, ensuring performance growth while earning commissions on personal, team, and referred member sales and sponsorships. With the flexibility to operate locally or globally, Team Captains are central to PGK’s expansion.

• Earnings Structure:

• 25% commission on personal sales & sponsorships

• 2% commission on team sales & sponsorships

• 5% commission on referred member sales & sponsorships

2. PGK Community Empowerment Specialists – Experts in PGK’s Youth Empowerment Initiatives, trained to secure sponsorships and facilitate wholesale and retail sales of PGK Clubhouse Memberships, products, services, and programs. Their efforts directly contribute to empowering children and strengthening communities.

3. PGK Online Specialists – Digital sales professionals who leverage PGK’s online catalog of Clubhouse Memberships, which include Power Learning Apps, PGK Music, and rewards for children. A key advantage is the availability of free follow-up lessons for children provided by PGK and sponsors. Online Specialists use the Online Specialist Control Center to track progress, manage referrals, and maximize earnings while making an impact in children's education.
