PGK Lifestyle Recruiters report to PGK Territory Directors, who represent the PGK Recruitment & Expansion Division, for updates, reviews, any new implemented policy and/procedures, and additional training.

PGK Pioneer Expansion Specialists

A PGK Pioneer Expansion Specialist's primary responsibility is to participate in the initial "Hand Crafting" - that is the initial hands-on creation of - and establishing of new, untested PGK Sales Channels and the operational processes that govern their functionality.  

Their purpose is to acquire data and achieve "Proof of Concept" - that is the validation of a newly established Sales Channel's proper operations - before the decision to activate the channel is finalized. Having demonstrated a willingness to build, explore, and take calculated risks for the sake of improving PGK operations, Pioneer Expansion Specialists are the first to be considered for leadership within newly activated Sales Channels. This process will be introduced into Training and scaled into all Sales Regions.

Because of the inherently risky nature of Hand Crafting and acquiring Proof of Concept in the establishment of new PGK Sales Channels, Pioneer Expansion Specialists receive higher commissions - 35% gross revenue on their sales. Recruiters and Referrers of Pioneer Expansion Specialists also receive a higher commission - 5% of gross revenue as opposed to 3% - on the sales of their referred Pioneer Expansion Specialists during the time frames that the relevant Sales Channels are in Pioneer Expansion Status.

Past Pioneer Expansion Initiatives are Adopt-A-Program Campaigns as administered through PGK's Community Engagement Sales Channel.

PGK Clubhouse Megastore

The PGK Clubhouse Megastore at megastore.pgkclubhouse.com is PGK's primary e-commerce platform. It serves as a retail store and advertising resource for our customers, a multi-purpose financial and informational resource for all PGK Lifestyle Associates and Affiliate Partners, a training platform, an online sales tracking platform, a registration center for PGK Lifestyle Associates, Affiliate Partners, and PGK Clubhouse Members, and as the foundation for all PGK Territorial Online Stores.

As with all PGK business groups, every product sold and every donation made through the PGK Clubhouse Megastore helps expand the reach of our Youth Empowerment Initiatives such as our Literacy and Health & Fitness initiatives, Community Engagement Campaigns such as Adopt-A-Program to Read, Adopt-A-Program for Health, and Sponsor-A-Child to Perform, and provides financial support for the nonprofit PGK Scholarship in Education Fund.

PGK Educational Tools

PGK Educational Tools provides supplemental learning materials that are designed to introduce Core Curriculum subjects or enhance already existing curricula. These educational tools help children learn and retain fundamental academic skills that will last their entire lives. They are also created to accommodate various learning styles that are proven to build confidence and self-esteem as well as lasting knowledge. PGK Merchandising

PGK Merchandising represents the sale of physical products that feature the likeness of PGK Trademarked Characters and PGK Brands. Merchandising is similar to PGK Activewear in that it often deals with the sale of apparel featuring the names and likenesses of Trademarked Characters, but different in that it also includes an endless variety of other products such as cups, wall art, clocks, blankets, furniture, etc.

PGK Music Box

PGK Music Box LLC is PGK's (Promiseland Global Kids’) groundbreaking record company and the first PGK business groups to be activated. In the clarity of an entrepreneurial epiphany Law Global Enterprises/PGK President and CEO Law Cunningham visualized creating cutting-edge music for children aged pre-K to teen, and being so inspired realized that the music he imagined was the cornerstone on which to build a highly innovative business model.

Also borne out of the inspiration to create music for children was a commitment to the concept of “edutainment”, the belief that music as well as all other products, services and programs produced for children should be highly educational yet fun and entertaining. This commitment led Mr. Cunningham to not only develop the PGK Sound but also inspired the creation of PGK trademarked characters, PGK tales and adventures, and the incorporation of Dr. Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences into the lyrical, thematic, and musical content of the PGK Music Box catalog. It is in this spirit of “whole-child development” that we at PGK proudly introduce PGK Music Box - the first jewel in the PGK crown.

PGK Music Publishing

PGK Music Publishing owns, manages, and controls the copyrights of all the music produced by, and included in every PGK product. All licensing agreements must be approved for use through PGK Music Publishing. Licensing agreements will contain, but are not be limited to: controlling the duration of use, territory, dates, fees, and credits of the agreement. Furthermore, the final product of the license must be submitted to PGK Publishing to ensure the quality of representation of PGK’s music and to ensure that the properties use is consistent with PGK’s level of quality and brand.

PGKTV

PGKTV is one of fourteen autonomous business groups under the PGK/Law Global Enterprises umbrella. Its mission is to provide children’s television programming that incorporates core curriculum, curriculum enhancing, character education, and foreign language learning elements into each production - all of which are underpinned by Dr. Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences which posits that children learn in various ways unique to themselves and their inherent abilities.

As well as functioning as a for-profit business PGKTV partners with PGK’s non-profit Scholarship in Education Fund in support of continuing education for children and teens and serves as an example of the strengths found in the strategic coordination of all PGK business groups and the employment of an extensive array of cross-marketing opportunities.

PGKTV’s first venture is “PG the Kangaroo's Morning Show” whose pilot episode is currently in post-production with plans for an inaugural season totaling ten, 30-minute episodes. The show is a combination of live-action and animated “edutainment” lessons for children aged 5 - 11 years and features PGK trademarked characters and adventures. The show is shot in Green and Blue Screen Chroma Key Format and takes place in a classroom at Promiseland Park Elementary School.

PGK Toys

PGK offers a wide variety of toys that promote imaginative playtime. Our collection includes educational games, plush toys, and action figures. Our goal is to provide toys that encourage children to use their imaginations, which is important for their overall development. As we introduce new brands and trademarked characters, we also add corresponding new toys to our collection. PGK Interactive

PGK Interactive is the business group responsible for the production of the PGK Interactive App and future PGK interactive digital products. The PGK Interactive App currently in production is an expanded and faster version of the pgkclubhouse.com website. One of its key features is the availability of all products, services and programs found on the main website and PGK Smart-Carts as well as products, services and programs that are available exclusively on the app. For example multiple products associated with “PG the Kangaroo's Morning Show” - a PGKTV production - will be available on the PGK Interactive App.

PGK Concert Promotions

PGK Franchising

Upon complying with state and federal regulations regarding franchising, the Law Global Distribution Group will begin offering ownership of particular franchises that are owned by Law Global Enterprises, including PGK Business Groups.

PGK/Law Global product distributors will be granted discounted opportunities to purchase franchises as well.

PGK Licensing

All products and services are hosted and narrated by the positive and inspirational characters from PGK’s premier edutainment properties, such as Promiseland Park and The Adventures of Young Princess Promise.

PGK characters have their own unique personalities and either host or contribute to lesson plans and adventures that teach kids the morals and values that great parents and teachers teach on a daily basis.

As the popularity of our properties and characters continue to grow, we will license the rights to feature our characters to 3rd-party merchandisers to create lunch boxes, bed sheets, pajamas, toys, games, etc. With PGK’s reach extending internationally, this business group is expected to earn significant amounts of revenue annually.

While we will market the PGK brands and products through traditional wholesale and retail distribution channels, we plan to derive significant income from the following as well.
