PGK Sales Channel Directors

PGK Sales Channel Directors oversee the operations of their particular Active or Pioneer Expansion Sales Channels in their designated geographical territories for the purpose of managing the sale of PGK products, services and programs specific to their Sales Channels.

PGK Sales Channel Directors are also involved in multiple aspects of implementing Continuous Learning Training Modules and communicating other relevant updates to the PGK Lifestyle Sales Specialists under their authority.

PGK Directors must also successfully complete quarterly Continuous Learning Training Modules on time in order to remain in good standing.


Earn Sales Revenue From Entire Territories

In addition to the commissions and referral bonuses they earn personally, Directors are paid a percentage of all sales revenue generated in their own designated territories Nationally, Regionally, Statewide, in a County, City, Borough, or large sized Township.

  • Directors receive 1%-3% of the total Territorial Gross Revenue as a Quarterly bonus
  • Interim Directors with the highest Quarterly scores receive 1% of the total Territorial Gross Revenue as a Quarterly bonus
  • Interim Directors receive a 3% Gross Revenue commission on all PGK Lifestyle Sales Associates they directly recruit.

Interim Directors receive a 5%-10% Gross Revenue commission on all directly recruited Registration Fees
