Primary Director Responsibilities

Channel Activation, Coordination, and Monitoring

The Director manages the day-to-day operations including maintaining and increasing activity and revenue in their territories by coordinating:

Territorial Expansion:

  • Identifying and activating new regions for PGK services, prioritizing territories with large populations, and high market viability.

  • Working closely with Founders and International Language Hub Directors to build connections.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruiting and managing sales, operations, and administrative teams.

  • Providing mentorship and professional development for team members.

Marketing Support:

  • Supporting marketing strategies to drive product and sponsorship revenue.

Sales Channel Activation

  • Sales channel activation is the implementation of operations for all active sales channels in a Distro-Hub territory. The main activities include the promotion, and distribution of all PGK products, services, and programs.

Social Media Support

  • Social media support is the implementation and management across multiple platforms of social media posts that promote all things PGK. Participation in this support is required of all Associates.

Community Empowerment Sponsorships

  • Our Community Empowerment Programs include the participation of small business, corporate and philanthropic Sponsors who support their communities through various initiatives that empower children and their communities. Directors coordinate these activities while also recruiting Sponsors themselves.

Sales Team Activity

  • Leading Channel Directors and Team Captains in managing sales team activity includes making sure that team sales benchmarks are met and that regular meetings are properly conducted and their results properly reported.

Referral Agency Activity

  • Managing referral activity includes making sure that the Distro-Hub has a robust referral network that contributes substantially to revenue earnings.

Product and Talent Discovery Activity

  • Product and talent discovery activity includes the recruitment of new products, product creators, content creators, performers and talent across the board, including marketing, leadership, management and administrative talent.

Onboarding of Trained PGK Specialists and Associates

  • Onboarding of Associates and Specialists includes post-training orientation into specific sales channels, sales activities, territories, related duties, and other critical roles, including leadership and administration.

Power Building Initiative Activation

  • Power Building Initiative activation includes the implementation and management of all Adopt-A-Program activities within a Distro-Hub territory, activities that include Sponsor-Recipient recruitment and relations, Donation Ceremonies and other Community Empowerment events, Small Business Alliance activities, Retail Business Association activities, and more.

Brand Activation

  • Brand activation includes the full-scale marketing of all PGK brands approved for a Hub's territory, as they become available.

Concert Promotions Activation

  • Concert promotions activity includes implementing and managing concert tours, dates, events and venues within a Hub's territory.

Fundraiser Activity

  • Fundraiser activity includes promoting and coordinated fully automated fundraisers at no cost to fundraising entities within the Hub's territory.

Pioneer Expansion Activity

  • Pioneer Expansion activity includes the opening of an initial sales channel in a new approved territory.

Online Specialist Activity

  • Online Specialist activity includes the recruitment, integration and administrative management of all PGK Affiliate Partners, online entrepreneurs, and other Online Sales or Recruitment Specialists.

Future Mogul Internships

  • Young Executive, Young Creator, and Future Mogul interns are actively sought after, recruited, and assessed, and their work is coordinated to complement their particular career and educational interests.
