The Interim Assessment Period

PGK Distro-Hubs operate under two primary leadership roles: Founder and Director. Each role has distinct responsibilities and collaborative objectives.

Role Flexibility

One person can choose to serve as Founder, Director, or both. Role changes are permitted unless positions are already filled. Collaboration is expected to implement new technologies, strategies, and business models.

The Interim Assessment Program

The Interim Directorship Period identifies and trains promising candidates, focusing on professionalism, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills.

Evaluation and Promotion

  • Interim Distro-Hub Directors undergo a six-month evaluation based on:

    • Professionalism: Timely communication, accountability, and brand alignment.

    • Leadership: Effectively guiding teams toward goals.

    • Entrepreneurial Skills: Driving innovative solutions and achieving financial benchmarks.

    • Successful Benchmarked Results: In accordance with territorial Expansion, channel and brand activation, revenue, and specialist acquisition and retention in accordance with predefined measurements.

Successful completion of the evaluation results in promotion to PGK Distro-Hub Director, eligibility for equity ownership, and long-term role stability.
